Are the products that you sell new or refurbished?
A: Some items are in brand new condition with
manufacturer's warranty. Others, we also have factory
refurbished items
Q: Should I expect any major damages/cosmetic blemishes on
my product, just because they are refurbished?
A: No! For all of our products, they are fully refurbished,
which includes multiple cosmetic inspection. Any product
with stainless steel finishes and other type of metallic
finishes are in almost as new condition, while any paint
surfaces might have hairline scratches or scuffs that will
not be easily noticeable. For more question on condition of

Due to the size and weight of this product, this product
does not qualify for In-home Delivery. It will be shipped
via Curbside Drop Off Freight service
MAKE SURE TO OPEN THE PACKAGING AND FULLY INSPECT INSIDE OF
THE SHIPMENT FOR ANY CONCEALED DAMAGES, BEFORE SIGNING FOR
DELIVERY RECEIPT. DAMAGES ON THE OUTER CARTON IS A DEAD
GIVEAWAY.
If any damages are found on the product itself, you have an
option to decide if the damages are acceptable for your
standard or not - If it's a very minor damage and you feel
like you can live with it, please accept the delivery, and
note the damage in Bill of lading (the delivery paper)
before you sign it and contact us immediately. This is much
more cost effective than refusing delivery just for small
blemish and having to go through entire replacement
process. - If it seems like damages are not acceptable in
any ways, or seems to effect the proper functionality of
the product, please refuse the delivery.
A refurbished product may have few dents or scratches on
the side or back of the unit.
Please be aware that the delivery is a curbside drop-off,
so I would suggest you to bring another person who can help
you with the product. A dolly will definitely help.
The product(s) will be secured on a wooden skid, but
rarely, there is a chance that it might get damaged.
So make sure to check for any additional damages, other
than the pre-existing ones shown in the listing (if you
have purchased one of our “Scratch and Dent”
refrigerators), BEFORE you sign for delivery.
You do have full rights to inspect the shipment, inside and
out. Please open packaging if you feel necessary, to check
for any damages.
If you do notice any additional damages, please refuse the
item and sign “Damaged” on the delivery receipt or do not
sign the delivery receipt at all.
And of course, call us ASAP, so we can get it sorted out.
**If the damage is very minor and you feel that it is not
necessary for replacement/exchange, then please accept the
delivery (But still, note on the delivery receipt that it
was damaged!!) and call us right away. Depending on the
degree of the damage(s), we will provide you with partial
refund to remedy the situation, without needing for
replacement/exchange.
It is imperative that you inspect for additional damages
before delivery is completed. Any additional damages found
after delivery is completed, will be of customer’s
responsibility.
