For sectional and swing gates

EcoStar gate openers are particularly suitable for smooth-running gates.

When installing under the ceiling, no clearance is required for EcoStar, Hörmann swing gates. For other brands, 30 mm is required between the gate peak and the ceiling. (Note movement stroke)

For sectional doors from EcoStar, Hörmann with low fall fitting, you must have a clearance of 15 mm.

Stop and reverse function

The Liftronic 500 has an automatic stop and reverse function.

Reverse function: If the gate is blocked by an object when closing, the drive stops and immediately starts to open the gate again.

Stop function: If the gate is blocked by an object when opened, the drive immediately stops and remains in the position reached until then.

These features are essential for protecting against unwanted pinching or damage to the gate.

Manual release

In an emergency, the gate can be manually unlocked and opened with a pull rope running on the rail. This ensures that you can leave the garage via the gate even in the event of a power failure. This provides additional safety.

Toothed belt technology

The usual chain drive with a gate drive is replaced with a special toothed belt in the Liftronic series.
