The machine should be used in condition of enough water: there is a mark on the body of the machine, the water level in your container should stay between MIN and MAX Mark, if the machine couldn't turn on and keeps beeping and flashing in red and blue, or in case it automatically stops, the most possible reason would be lack of water!
Both temperature and time should be well set before you turn on.
Pressing the "Start" is for "Turn on"; Long-holding/pressing is for "Restart/Reboot".
When code "EE1" shows on the screen, it is caused by lack of water or the surface of NTC need cleaning.
