Designed for TV and HDTV systems in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and South America - the Panasonic HC-V10KE Entry HD Camcorder (PAL) is capable of shooting 1280 x 720/50p high-definition video using the MP4 format. It's also capable of shooting 0.9 megapixel digital still JPEG images while you simultaneously record video. You can record your footage directly to the camcorder's SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card slot, which can support up to 64GB memory cards. The V10KE features a convenient 2.7" LCD display monitor with control features for recording and playback. It also features a mini HDMI output for playing back footage in HD on your compatible HDTV.

The V10KE has a high sensitivity MOS image sensor, progressive recording ability at 50 frames per second (fps) and support for iFrame recording at 960 x 540p resolution (25 fps). The camcorder also has a lengthy list of shot-enhancing features. This list includes Power Optical Image Stabilization (O.I.S.) with Active Mode, 63x Optical Zoom, 70x Enhanced Zoom and a 31.6 mm wide-angle Panasonic lens. It's also equipped with auto white balance, as well as iA (Intelligent Auto). With recording features like this, you'll be able to produce beautiful HD images/videos with incredible color, detail and flowing beauty.

Phase Alternating Line or PAL recording is used in several regions around the world - including: North Africa, East Africa, Western Europe, Central Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia, South America (Brazil/Argentina), Great Britain, Australia and Oceania (South Pacific Islands).
