The halogen oven results in quicker cooking times, even all round cooking, mouth watering dishes and an incredible taste that will transform the way you prepare meals for yourself and your family. The heat of a halogen bulb will cook your food much more quickly, more evenly and healthier than a traditional oven. Infrared cooks the food from the inside, which is very useful when you're cooking from frozen. The convection fan circulates hot air allowing the transfer of heat to be even and much quicker. The halogen bulb itself is capable of temperatures much hotter than a conventional oven, caution must be taken whilst handling the product (See Safety Instructions) The bulb creates a bright environment allowing you to view your food cooking through the glass bowl without opening the lid and letting the heat escape.

Halogen oven & Air Fryer

Swan Halogen Oven and Air Fryer cooks food quicker than a conventional oven using less energy. Ideal for the health conscious cook, it requires little or no oil and with its multi level cooking system you can also cook several things in one pot.

Methods of cooking

This halogen element emits heat waves that penetrate food directly. The flavour and juices are sealed whilst browning and crisping your meat. A hot whirlwind also circulates around the oven, ensuring your food is cooked evenly every time.

Cooking Times

It’s best to use the extender ring for most applications as it allows the air to circulate better. However, if you are cooking something that needs a “grilled” finish, such as bacon, then you can use without the extender ring. Roast beef takes just over an hour and a chicken breast takes 20 - 24 minutes.

Healthier way to fry food

There’s no need to worry about indulging in fried food as it requires very little or no oil at all. This means that you can fry, bake, roast and grill the tastiest snacks and meals with far less fat using at least 80% less oil than conventional cooking methods.

Cooking accessories

Aside from the Halogen Oven itself, a vast array of accessories are also included to allow you to truly get the most out of it and use it to its full potential.
